Well it looks like the celebrations in Aleppo will be underway in a few more hours.

The Syrian Defence Force will be at the table in the next round of proximity talks. they are alive and kicking and ready to negotiate as stakeholders of Syria!

I haven't seen any confetti raining down from the buildings by the "opposition" in Aleppo, to celebrate their "victory" 12 hours after the ceasefire.

Perhaps the confetti is arriving on one of the supply trucks!

I've seen reports of markets opening and people going about their normal day.

Yes our convoys are rolling in I am sure and many of them are UN.

Btw, there was an Air Strike at 0400! Didn't take Assad long did it?
