It was in early October 2009 when I had my first sciatica attack, never suffered before and soon found out when I could hardly walk and was given a walking stick how painful this back condition is.

I suffered for weeks until a friend suggested I go and see this osteopath close by, he even gave me her number adding that she did wonders for his back.

She wasn't cheap at 39 quid for a 30 minute treatment, but she knew the right spots to hit !!

It was in late 2009 and a month or so before my late wife passed away on November 13th 2009.

This was the very first time that I ever visited an osteopath, she welcomed me in expressing sympathy seeing me using a walking stick and in pain.
