moving Harley Davidson to Cyprus

I am already living in Nicosia Cyprus. Now I want to buy a Harley Davidson from a Friend in Germany. Is it possible to move it over to Cyprus? What do I have to do? Will it cost me too much? The Bike is 4 Years old

I must know all this before I buy the Bike :wink:
