at 37.5%

that will do nicely.

0% Time to pack your bags back to Turkey.

you have the mentality of a 5 year old. you will get fuck all out of the 37.5% with that mentality. however akinci is a kind man and is willing to give back 10% and keep 27.5%. refuse that and lets see what happens.

I called Akinci and he told me you are a vouzounopellos.

How about 40 per cent with three Russian bases in the south? Would you settle for that?

Your Ottoman mind thinks you got all aces back to back, you don't.

If you had any brains you would think that already there is a major Russian settlement in the south, complete with Russian street signs. In your shoes I would worry about that more than the 37 per cent.

you know very well who cant decide on that. if your uncle sam says go ahead who are the tcs to dispute it. but good luck. it seems you have not learnt your lesson from 74. you need a reminder.

as to the russians that live in the south, that is your problem.

Cyprus will remain whole.

If there is a change, it will include within it a Turkish Constituency having as a self-representative body, a Jurisdictional Territory.

The idea that Cyprus will be divided is perverse.

no rw the tcs will not have a self representative body. both gcs and tcs will have a federal state each with equal power at the federal level. that has been agreed. just property territory and guarantees left.

...now you are clearer. I cannot agree with you Lordo. It is not what has been agreed, nor do i think that your suggestion is even credible as a BBF.

...again, reread what you wrote, what you ask for is the status quo, isn't it?

When these talks fail and they will as all others have, what's keeping the 200,000 Greek Cypriots in filing a class action suit in Europe against Turkey?

if it was possible why wait 41 years to do it. the eu courts will not allow it and even if they did they take action it will be about a case every 10 years with appeals and all that. and of course even if an individual does win, how will you make terggy pay.

...in any case, Turkey has accepted blame. The existence of a local remedy, the IPC, is supposed to facilitate this decision for those who for whatever reason will not wait for a political change.

What exists is a general agreement which strongly implies the existence of a Cyprus, and within it a set of constituencies, where, they are equal, having the same powers exclusively, as constituencies.

Yet, a Federal Government exists. No Greek Constituency exists, and the Turkish Constituency is no equal to the Federal Government. As such, "the north" is isolated having no equal by their own actions.

Cyprus does exist. So do Cypriots. I suggest that Erdogan will recognise this fact soon. The "Turks", those in Cyprus, will find that they do not have as much support as they think, from the man who in the past has called them servant-slaves, or parasites. It will not surprise me to see the water from the "Peace pipe" is "gifted" to Cypriots, and not the "Turks", by Erdogan, standing in front of the Flag of Turkey beside the Flag of Cyprus, hugging, and kissing, Anastassiades, Tsipras, Hollande, Merkal, his equals, to celebrate such an auspicious day, even Obama, it might happen that soon. This would be one time where Erdogan can say, I'm sorry, publicly, to close a National issue where Turkey's tarnished image can be regained, with a few words and such a gesture.
