Alleged deal between Penatagon top brass-Assad/Putin

Agree or not, the following is an interesting analysis by Seymour M. Hersh in which he alleges that Pentagon top brass have gone behind Obama's back and are cooperating with Assad and Putin in the fight against Daesh:
