I don’t think it would be possible to find a more tunnell visioned individual. I did however express my utmost support for his views on US- Russian relations, his willingness to " mend" relations with Russia and cooperate in fighting ISIS AND ISLAMISTS THE WORLD OVER.

If America's allies end up being isolated, then say hello to a new global arms race. Think Japan, South Korea, Australia, Britain, France, Israel and Saudi Arabia. None of them are prepared to absolve pootin of his crimes.

And let me tell you that at this point McCain is making a hell of a lot more sense than trump is and is a lot more Presidential but so was Clinton.

it's the allies and NATO which will be up in arms, and the biggest loser will be the USA because its allies would have to rethink their geostrategic alliances and defence and Security policies and this re-balance will not be to the betterment of mankind.

Australia for instance will triple its defence expenditure and get closer to Japan. Japan will be forced to rethink its Constitution.

When Trump is on the phone next asking for planes, and troops, the answer will be NO! our troops do not fight as part of a Russian/Hezbollah alliance.

We will not be drawn into another 10+ years in Syria.

We do not do the dirty on our Gulf partners (Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman or Jordan).

we will not go against Israeli interests and support their enemies. We do not believe this will bring about peace either.

clearly, our alliances are about 1000 times more important to us than defeating DAESH.
