But this isn't a bueaty contest. What is needed is a brain and some rationality and stability. One of the candidates seems to be in short supply.

Personally, American politics is quite enthralling and interesting. Not everyone's cup of tea, but the stakes are high and the process is long and very convaluted in the 24/7 news cycle.

The worse thing about this election is the fact the Republicans didn't put up any serious talent. They have the people which would make a great President but all their nominees were a bunch of idiots. Trump was the biggest idiot of all thanks to the Bible Belt states!

Clinton worries me just as much as Trump does, I do however consider Trumps relation with Putin as encouraging. The world does not want to end , just yet, and I feel that if the two most powerful , if Trump wins, men in the world get on with each other it does in a way reduce the risk of mutual suicide.

Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump surpassed his Democratic rival, Hillary Clinton, in a new poll published a week before the US election.

According to The Washington Post and ABC News tracking poll, Trump has the support of 46 per cent of voters compared with 45 per cent for Clinton.

I will stick my neck out right now and make a prediction regarding the US November elections.

Donald Trump will be the next US President, winning by a narrow margin. He was after all written off as a big joke on entering the race for the Republican nomination. He has surprised many by winning comfortably the Republican nomination.

Clinton, though ahead of most polls, does carry a lot of baggage that could get a lot more evident in a few months time. Im by no means implying that I support Trump, merely commenting on his chances of becoming the next US President. Americans are not entirely happy with mainstream politicians, many issues facing the US and they see Trump as one that can resolve many of these issues, not least the illegal immigrants.

Of course this does not imply in any shape or form that I support Trump, there again I do not support Clinton.
