Hi, I am putting together a Cyprus gift hamper as a Christmas present for my parents. They have been going to Cyprus for over 30 years and love the island and it's people but haven't been able to travel for the last few years. I am looking to find some of the old currency banknotes and coins to put in the hamper (Cyprus Pounds & Mills) of different denominations. I would of course be willing to pay for these if anybody can help and of course pay for postage. It would really make the gift special for them. Many thanks, Chris, UK

The snag is that the last date for posting parcels from Cyprus to the UK in time for Christmas has passed.

You could well be right, although I don't know how much that would cost. If the asker would engage in a bit of dialogue, e.g. as to whether he is prepared to pay that sort of amount, it would help. As the days pass, it is getting less and less likely that even they can deliver by Christmas.
