Perhaps you had better wait and see the final text of the deal. It will be only 6000 pages this time, compared to the Annan 9000 pages. A mere short story. And we will have perhaps four weeks to read and understand it before the referendum.

My standards are defined from now. The territory comes first. It must NOT allow any contact between the British bases and the TC region. It MUST contain provisions for return of the SBAs to the GC region in case the British leave them.

It must have reasonable provisions for the military disengagement with no clear firepower advantage to any side, as was contained in Annan.

The returned territory goes under UN or other third party control immediately.

The coast line and territory must follow the population percentages.

The RoC status must be safeguarded, so as to be intact in case of a future dissolution of this BBF thing.
