You can't create a bbf, and suspend (temporarily or permanently)eu primary law ... Do you comprehend the lunacy you're asking for?

you stupid yank the europeans have plenty of derogation from eu laws. for instance the bulgarians and the poles were not allowed to move to uk for 10 years. the point is the agreement had derogation for 19 years or when terggy joined the eu. which ever one came first. but if you boys attempt to move north on bulk to take control the north politically after 19 years of course you do realise that you will take us back to the future into 1963. but of course you are too stupid to realise that. so you will get wacked on last time.

You cross dressing moron and your toupee, the point is that non of that land is owned by the Tc, and restrictions based on race/religion are not allowed. Try taking the bill of rights away from a Yankee and see what happens. Moving back to your villages and maxala in Limassol won't take much more then a few pick up trucks going back and forth for 3 or 4 weeks...

since the Tc state is given the right to legislate the restrictions, how will they be enforced when droves of Gc come back to reclaim their property how the Tc state enforce the restrictions

How the fuck do you exchange when there’s only ONE of you for every FIVE native Cypriots?

Your people owned next to nothing because they were just too few. Have a guess why they’re called a minority…

Anyway, just give up the fantasies because none of the impossible can ever come to pass.

The CyProb will only be sorted through geopolitical change and upheaval, at some stage in time… get used to it.

you mean like the limasol man who roc purchased his 50 donum land for 50 million euros. 50 million euros will by you karpaz gavole. what about the gc who exchanged his 600 donum of land with 27 donums of larnaca land. gavole tcs will buy all the gc land in the north and will still have land left in the south. perhaps we need to keep 37% to balance the books.

..."exchange"

...how about "giving back" about half of what (read: "you",) the occupation regime claims under its authority? That's a start, as equals.

...how about "giving back" more from there, if "you" are so keen on derogations, and special treatment?

...indeed, "you" want special treatment, and yet the remaining minorities in Cyprus which are equal in need, if they are to sustain their distinct identities are ignored; not very Cypriot, i think.

it was not very cypriot to push tcs into enclaves with just 3 percent of cyprus. the pot has been broken for some time. we have a chance to remain united under bbf where we shall have a fair exchange dollar for dollar to settle the properties which have been forcefully taken from both communities. we shall also have a chance to apply political equality not that different than the 1960 agreement. you takes it or leaves it. nobody is forced to do anything.
