I would certainly NOT excuse Turkey and it's actions in the invasion of Cyprus, nor would I be prepared to condemn every Turk because of it since THEY [as with every one of us] are obliged to conform with whatever evils our governments impose upon us [and others].

I am far more concerned with the "Behind the Scenes" scenarios which lead to ALL the upheavals in and around the Middle East and in THAT sphere of events, I am convinced that the foundation of the state of Israel ["The Terror State"] is at the root of ALL the evils we have witnessed since such foundation.

Really? You believe Israel was involved in the underhandedness of the Cyprus Invasion do you?

Well there is absolutely no evidence of that, and they had nothing to gain from it neither. Sure, relations then were not that positive, probably because of Cyprus' Foreign Policies, but that's pretty much it.

But today, Israel seems to be our best ally. We have defence cooperation treaties with them and even joint military exercises. Who would have guessed this tun of events a few years ago?
