I rather fancy that there is much truth in the re-structuring of your introduction to the link you have posted.
Doubtless there are those who will not agree with my adjustments but, in all candour, I think it quite relevant when associated with the awful turmoil in the entire Middle Eastern region these past few decades, do you not agree ?.
Why don't you take your anti-Israeli views to a forum that cares? Here, we are afflicted by Turkey and its TC stooges. That's quite enough for Cyprus, thank you.
My apologies, it's just that I thought the Israeli's were very much involved in the underhandedness which led up to the invasion of the island of Cyprus.
Their "Cunning" will of course have ensured that [as usual] their influence would remain obscure but the bigger picture is emerging and it is now becoming quite obvious that the very same influence is spreading far and wide in the Middle Eastern regions.
Really? You believe Israel was involved in the underhandedness of the Cyprus Invasion do you?
Well there is absolutely no evidence of that, and they had nothing to gain from it neither. Sure, relations then were not that positive, probably because of Cyprus' Foreign Policies, but that's pretty much it.
But today, Israel seems to be our best ally. We have defence cooperation treaties with them and even joint military exercises. Who would have guessed this tun of events a few years ago?
So what is your issue with them when they seem to be our friends today?
