They may lack some processes and their laws might be unjust according to Western Standards but it is what it is.

The trials carried out by the Saudis are unfair, undemocratic and only have the goal to undermine terrorise and control their own population. One great example of this criminal and unjust behaviour is the case of Ali Mohammed Baqir who was sentenced to death because he "encouraged pro-democracy protests" by posting stuff online with his blackberry phone.
