Operation Okra and what can Gay Pootin do about it?

Postby Paphitis » Fri Oct 30, 2015 2:08 am

Aren't you all lucky that I have some details from the world's best trained and very niche military! :D

Operation Okra commenced 31Aug2014 under the command of our very illustrious Read Admiral Trevor Jones!

The operation is part of the 633 Task Force headed by the USA!

Equipment:

8 x Super Hornet F-18F
1 x E7A Wedgetail AEW&C
1 x KC-30A air to air refueller

Support Personnel for the ATG 400 personnel + 200 SAS deployed + 200 2nd Commando Regiment Charlie Company (attached to Iraqi Security Forces).

Also deployed is Task Group Taj - 300 personnel attached to the Iraqi Security Forces for training.

Operations are launched from Al Dhafra Air Base in Abu Dhabi and Al Minhad Air Base near Dubai.

Air Drop, Munition and Weapons Supply Operations have also commenced utilizing the following:

1 x C17 Globemaster
2 x C130J
1x Caribou

Today, there have been 500 missions flown with over 5,000 total flying hours since deployment (incident free). Since September there have been 54 RAAF missions into Syria and 40 of these have hit ISIL targets around its northern frontiers near Turkey and Kurdish Controlled areas and in the outskirts of Al Rakka.

Also delivered were supplies to Yazidi Refugees trapped on Mount Sinjar on 13Aug2014 - great work!

Supplies also delivered to civilians in the besieged town of Amirli in Aug 2014.

Now operations focused around the supply of Munitions and Weapons to Peshmerga in Northern Iraq and Syria, Iraqi Security Forces in the field and of course the Free Syrian Army in Syria! :D

So congratulations to the RAAF for its 500th successful missions so far. They have flown over 5,000 hours in Iraqi and Syrian Airspace and dropped 400 weapons.

Our Rear Admiral has resoundingly declared: "no Iraqi or Syrian Civilians have been killed by Australian Weapons although we can't be sure. Our forces are meticulous about target acquisition and post strike intelligence"

KC-30A refuelling - over 25 millions of pounds of fuel delivered to Australian and Coalition aircraft

Meanwhile, Russian Ground Troops have been seen partying on the Tartous coast whilst me supply our friends weapons.

We've been hearing about this Russian/Iranian Ground Offensive but now Pootin wants a fluffy peace treaty. What's the matter Pootin?

Meanwhile:

National Coalition for Syrian Revolutionary and Opposition Forces

Assad's Opposition Forces have formed a coalition! Recognized by over 90 Nations of the UN who have already signed Diplomatic Bilateral Treaties.

Does this explain why Pootin wants a peace treaty or is it because he is running scared from Australia's Military might? :?

Australian Forces are not scared of the Russians, so don't kid yourself old mate cobber!

They paid us a little visit, and now the mighty HMAS Canberra is just outside their Naval base! Just think of it as an old score, that needs to be settled. And it's the biggest ship in the area, far bigger than any of the Russian Fleet, apart from the new Egyptian Ships that Egypt scored from France and the USS Charles Vinson! They weren't the Russian Ships by any chance were they?

But let's not worry about the "mine is bigger than yours" and concentrate on more important issues like the Russian Bear not doing anything about it when the entire US 5th Fleets is poking around their little Naval Base. What's going on? Is the Russian Bear scared? Did we snatch the salmon from its jaws?
