Basically after his indoctrination at Ankara Akinci translates BBF as meaning:
That the TC + settlers should be the vast majority in the TC Fed state, and should own the vast majority of properties.
He wants to keep for themselves all stolen GC properties, and the GCs compensate themselves with thin air.
He furthermore wants guarantees that this will last for eternity, he wants quotas on the number of those GCs that might want to return which means near zero will ever dare return, he wants permanent derogations from the EU Aquis, and wants our "brilliant" solution to become Primary EU law binding all EU Countries.
Basically another version of the Annan Plan.

On a side note it took our GC leaders 40+ years to ever discuss what BBF means. It's obvious that for Turkey and the TCs it means legalizing the results of the invasion,the stealing of GC properties and the importing of settlers so that they inflate their population from 18% to 35%+
And after last night's meeting what happened? Akinci went back to inform his journalists and our joker Anastasiades was waiting for him at a restaurant for dinner. Yeap, this is what we are paying him a huge salary for. To spend 40+ years doing nothing, and then have dinners at expensive restaurants while the Turks take him for a ride.
