If you support this prerogative, I don't understand why you haven't shut your mouth yet.

Basically after his indoctrination at Ankara Akinci translates BBF as meaning:
That the TC + settlers should be the vast majority in the TC Fed state, and should own the vast majority of properties.
He wants to keep for themselves all stolen GC properties, and the GCs compensate themselves with thin air.
He furthermore wants guarantees that this will last for eternity, he wants quotas on the number of those GCs that might want to return which means near zero will ever dare return, he wants permanent derogations from the EU Aquis, and wants our "brilliant" solution to become Primary EU law binding all EU Countries.
Basically another version of the Annan Plan.

REJECTED

On a side note it took our GC leaders 40+ years to ever discuss what BBF means. It's obvious that for Turkey and the TCs it means legalizing the results of the invasion, the stealing of GC properties and the importing of settlers so that they inflate their population from 18% to 35%+

And after last night's meeting what happened? Akinci went back to inform his journalists and our joker Anastasiades was waiting for him at a restaurant for dinner. Yeap, this is what we are paying him a huge salary for. To spend 40+ years doing nothing, and then have dinners at expensive restaurants while the Turks take him for a ride.

As I have said from the beginning: Akinci is just another muppet of Turkey and both TCs and Turkey are partners in the same crime against the native Cypriot people. Those who had illusions about Akinci should have woken up by now ... unless they are complete idiots.

...i replied,

...no need for derogations, or take, for the "Turks", much less than 12%.

Mr. Akinci, i wait for you to stand beside the Flag of Cyprus and say, "I am Cypriot". You may be the representative of a Cypriot Constituency, but the "Greeks", as is framed the adversary in this debate, do not represent the other Constituency, Mr. Anastasiades represent Cyprus, all Cypriots, there are no Cypriot Constituencies, and if there were, as Persons, then Maronites, Armenians, Latins, (dare i say even the British) have the same needs in sustaining their distinct identities, as do Turcophones, in Cyprus; something to think about.

...if you are seeking equals, seek it among the Cypriots who believe in Human dignity, above the "Turkishness" and "Greekness" that has bred its people to have so much contempt for each other; the other half as i like to call them, who understand that there is a big difference between the Individual and the Person, the people who believe that there is an ethnos in Cyprus, that our Freedom is only secured when it is as Individuals that we demonstrate our regard for Universal Principals by defending each other, whether in our daily lives, in Liberty, there are choices we make in communities as Persons to sustain "it" with others.

It is a lot that has been asked of the population which is not "Turkish"; also something to think about.

...I ask, even if you are Turkish, are you "Turkish"?

Are you Cypriot, first?
