show me a link, I have not seen protests but for sure, there are millions of people who are welcoming these people.

There are also millions of people in a state of emergence because of it, over whelmed, concerned, skeptical, scared, opposed, etc......

How does it feel supporting a regime that keeps refugees from returning to their homes and land and sells them off instead for profit?

Cyprus has announced that it will take 300 refugees.

A bit small but ok. Every bit counts.

A much better contribution than the UK which will take 20,000 over 5 years.

Do the sums!

If Cyprus can take 300, USA must take 3 millions.

You mean 300,000

The USA has announced 70,000 in the first year. I anticipate more the following year. The USA is doing its bit.

Australia has announced 20,000 which it plans to take in right now. That's probably the best after Germany and Sweden.
