I posted a request the other day to find out more information about moving to Cyprus from Canada.Want to share your views?

The forum was only recently listed with the search engines and directories so the community is still small, but is growing rapidly. You can help it grow by referring this site to other people.

Sizzler, where in Canada are you? Why do you want to move back to Cyprus? You can't handle the cold weather up there? :wink:

Canadians are not really bad people. The Anglo-Saxons are definitely very snobby people but there are thousands of Lebanese, Syrians, Egyptians, Italians, Romanians, who are similar to us Greeks/Cypriots by their modesty.

Did not say Canadians are bad people-they have some amazing qualities which is one of the reasons I chose to live among them for the last 17 yrs.
There always comes a time in ones life though when you look back at things or people you have walked away from and you realize that you have missed certain aspects of the culture. And if you have kids you also realize that those things you miss is something you want your kids to know about.
