That looks like a Barrel Bomb to me from the Regime's Air Force.

This kind of destruction is consistent with that of a Barrel Bomb.

In addition to that, our bombs are accurate enough to land in your living room if we wanted them to, with a much more localised dead zone, unless of course we wanted to take out a neighborhood, because we can do that too but it's just not something we endorse or would do under the Geneva Convention which we have all ratified.

The above pictures are not locations we would even dream of taking out not in your wildest dreams snot face. Why the fuck would we even consider it? We are not into wholesale murder and there is nothing to gain from it either even if we did manage to kill a few terrorists.

No way in the world would we deliberately bomb the shit out of a neighborhood like that!!

In addition, we have never bombed ANY areas under Assad's Control.
