Fucking Zionist Nazis lovers, whomever they were!

This is a good interview on the rulings against Israel by the ICJ.

How nice it is to listen to two well informed people having a sensible discussion.

Most people understand that a Judge gives his opinion based on the strongest argument between the prosecutor and the defense. He makes a judgement by passing an opinion as he understands each argument. To do this he refers to LAW and The LAW is never black-and-white.

What is overlooked is that the Judge cannot judge and the opposing legal teams cannot argue their cases ..... without establishing the crime scene and that takes a lot of time, manpower and money. So, the actual hard and forensic evidence will take years to establish and authenticate, before their is a TRIAL and a final Judgement can be made.

What we have now is a Judgement only that there IS sufficient primary evidence for a full investigation and if there is sufficient evidence ....... for a trial(s).

One minute into the interview was sufficient to know that he is talking out of his ass. He was in charge and he did fuck all to solve the problem and his ideas now are just as repulsive. To support IDF in everything they do so long as Hamas is removed as if once Hamas is removed, there is no chance of them coming back simply under another name. The idea that the idea of Hamas can be defeated is delusional. Not only will it not succeed it will also encourage people in other Arab nations to demand the same freedom from US control just like Hezbollah and Hamas.

The UK, US, and seven other countries have pulled crucial funding for the United Nations aid agency for Palestinian refugees after Israel claimed several of its staff members were involved in the deadly October 7 Hamas attacks.

Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Finland, Australia, and Canada all joined the UK and US in pausing funding for the agency, which has become a crucial source of support for the people of Gaza since 1949.
UN Secretary-General António Guterres confirmed in a statement on Sunday that 12 UNRWA staff members were at the centre of the allegations – nine of whom had now been fired. One staffer has died dead and the identities of the other two are still being clarified, he said.

It seems for the actions of 12 individuals who may or may not have shown support for Hamas, they saw fit to punish not only 13,000 workers of UNRWA but the whole population of Gaza.

The west actually helping Genocide. Not only helping the IDF to bomb them to oblivion but also stopping aid too.

It will not be forgiven or forgotten.

This order reminds me of 1963/64 when UN ordered RoC to stop attacking and killing civilians when it was Makarios who was actually in control of it. UN also stood by and watched 5000 tones or arms be brought in to Cyprus including tanks and artillery in one month.

They are asking the perpetrators of Genocide to prevent it.

International Law has always been under the control of the powerful but normally they had a mask to hide it. Now they have actually taken the mask off.

Hamas could easily prevent Genocide by keeping a breeding pair of Palestinians in captivity...
