To understand anti-Semitism you have to first understand what is a Semite.

What exactly is a Semite?

A Semite is a member of any of the peoples who speak or spoke a Semitic language, including in particular the Jews and Arabs.

How long have the Zinoists changed the meaning of this word.

Amazing what you can find.

The idea that - if Israel were to simply disappear overnight - all of those very nice, humanitarian, AK47 toting Islamist Palestinians would go happily back to growing olives and tending goats is of course a load of bollocks. With the usual backing they would be after your ass. And - not of course those living happily in Switzerland, Canada or north London - it would be us - just a hundred or so miles away.

Well, looking on the positive side, at least it would stop the Cypriot "Police State" thing.

Sometimes ignorant people need a reminder by those who had the sufferings of war and survived, from those doing the sufferings and killings. If you only knew the sufferings myself, Lordo and MR and our families have endured in Cyprus in the 60’s before we were able to flee our homeland, you wouldn’t make such flippant comments as to where we reside now. Cypriots have lived through the sufferings which the Palestinians have been going through by their oppressors and we can relate to them. You only understand the position of the oppressor who inflicts pain and suffering because that’s what your job was, to inflict pain and suffering on people from a distance of safety and then return home to your family. Unlike you, most of us left our birth country of Cyprus for other foreign lands to survive. For you, leaving your birth country UK to Cyprus was to enjoy the nice weather, a life of luxury in comparison to the weather back home in the UK. Despite the odds, people like myself, Lordo, MR and many others from that period of the 60s and later did survive, but have never forgotten our sufferings, and so, please take this personally when I say, shut the fuck up on subjects you have zero understanding because you have never experienced such sufferings!

Do you think the Muslims will give a fuck about your suffering when they come for you...?

I just want to add to what you said Kiks. Whilst I was young in the 60s and not involved in anyway in the killings, there is a famous Tahsin Hoca who was a leader of TMT at his location. When the fighting was over back in 1974, he then put the guns down and picked up a pen. There are idiots here who simple cannot understand that people fight because they have to not because they choose to and when the fighting is over they will put their guns down and return to civilian life.

This is what Hamas says.
9. Hamas believes that the message of Islam upholds the values of truth, justice, freedom and dignity and prohibits all forms of injustice and incriminates oppressors irrespective of their religion, race, gender or nationality. Islam is against all forms of religious, ethnic or sectarian extremism and bigotry. It is the religion that inculcates in its followers the value of standing up to aggression and of supporting the oppressed; it motivates them to give generously and make sacrifices in defence of their dignity, their land, their peoples and their holy places.

How the fuck is this in anyway the same as Isil?

It does not say Jews are not welcome in Palestine. Not only that but have a look before the Zionists came and stole Palestinian lands and kicked the inhabitants out. Arab and Jew lived in the areas peacefully. It is only when the European Zionists arrived that changed everything.

You can take the donkey to the water but you cannot make it drink.

There is an old saying. Hirsiz hirsizlikdan gorkar. An oppressor cannot visualise that an oppressed person once is released, will not turn to an oppressor.

My next door neighbour lost a father and an oldest child. Nobody in that house has hatred towards GCs. I don't know anybody who has lost a relative and has hatred toward the other side. The people showing hatred are the Swine who hate the other side no matter what. As Turgut Yenagrali once said they are the same race as a dog. It is a pleasure to kill them. He never lost any relatives either. But he killed GCs and also TCs too. Because to him they were against the Turkishness.

You have to live it to understand it fully. What does it mean to go to bed especially as a child and not know if you will live to see another day. If you are expecting these children to grow to be normal, you are in for a surprise. Sure some will indeed seek no revenge but enough will take up arms against you.

Interesting insight all the way back from 1976.

Have to say - how disappointed I am about your going down the "shut the fuck up" route. And yes, it kinda comes across as personal. Despite the difficulty of these wars - and obviously differing opinions - from you I had hoped for better.

So be it.

I do try hard to stay clear of Cyprob matters. It's a sensitive subject for obvious reasons and I am an appreciative guest in this country. Unlike Lordo for instance, who seems to despise every aspect of the UK, Where apparently he is a third generation Brit.

I don't of course know what "sufferings" yourself, Lordo and MR have undergone. Although, I would be interested in hearing about your experiences. It seems, from what you say, I was just a kid in school at the time. And I am not nowadays by any means a spring chicken.

You have absolutely no idea about my "position" let alone anything regarding my being an apparent oppressor. As is often the case with your mainly "Outraged of Geneva" persona you're making it up as you go along. Basically, your post was a self-serving hissy fit for the appreciative team Russia/Hamas few (of the half dozen or so active posters hereabouts). I'm sure you felt much better for it though.

Back to matters relevant (unlike your diatribe). It would be extremely naïve for anyone to think that if Israel just disappeared overnight the like of Hamas and Hezbollah would turn their AK47s into plough shares. Iran would certainly be at our doors here in Cyprus. Whilst people safe in the likes of Switzerland and Canada could continue to pontificate about the righteous morality of the much abused Palestinian people and perhaps how we here deserved our fate.

BYW: You even got the purpose of Armistice Day wrong .......... you should try reading more!

Well, not really to be honest. Certainly no by you, anyway. Although, had you ignored me in the past at certain critical moments, rather than all of your disgusting off-forum efforts, perhaps things would have been better. If you know what I mean.

You're being too harsh on yourself. I have learned a great deal from you over the past 15 years of so. Nothing in the way of global politics or even technical stuff - human psychology.

I really couldn't give a flying fuck about the definition of Armistice Day. To me it's personal. In your case I suspect you regard the whole thing with total contempt. Like Mr Lordo, you have absolutely no fealty to the UK. I suspect if it was vaporised tomorrow you would regard it as entirely justified, due to how badly you've been treated by the place. Did you get the human psychology comment?

Israel has no legal right to self defense if she is attacked from inside of a territory she occupies. She has the right to repel the attack but has no right to implement a blockade of innocent civilians from water, food, fuel and medicines. Nor does she have the legal right to carpet bomb and destroy civilian infrastructure and homes. She also has no right to expel a million people from their homes. Western Swine are not only financially bankrupt, they are also bankrupt of civilisation too.

Citing the International Court of Justice 2014 ruling, Ardi Imseis, prof. of int'l law at Queens University (Canada), explains why Israel is not afforded the right to self defense inside the occupied Palestinian territory under its control, according to the law
