Here is the hole in the logic of Netanyahu. If indeed the intention is to flatten Rafah to destroy the tunnels and kill of the Hamas leadership, surely before that happens the leadership will escape to Egypt through the tunnels. It is now very clear what is happening.

Regarding the rescued hostages this morning. What is interesting is no names, and both ages are 6- and 70. A little bit like the 40 children he were beheaded and Biden had seen images of them. All three end with zeros. Same as the Israeli casualties, they were going up in 100s. Even if it is true, during truce there were over 100 hostages freed and no civilian casualties at all.
