He also forgot all about how Israel was created at the expense of Palestinians? I mean fancy not being asked if you mind if your land is given to somebody else.

How interesting. So much for 40 babies killed.

You cannot make it up. This is how Israel manipulate the media with their full cooperation of course.

Babies in incubators thrown on the floor by the Iraqi's and the Bucha massacre, springs to mind! But hey ..... it suits the Israeli's for the world to believe this! Why ruin a good bit of propaganda by telling the truth?

So, there was a massacre of men, women, children, babies and their pets... That is now beyond doubt... :?

Yet the chuckle brothers are complaining that babies might not have been beheaded after all, just murdered in front of their parents...

Shame on you both...

I saw a report by Bowen who repeated what the Israeli General told him that there was a beheaded person on the floor covered and instead of checking to see if it is true he claimed he cannot confirm it.

What does that mean?

A news has been heavily circulating on social media platforms Meta, X, TikTok and Snapchat that Hamas fighters’ beheaded Israel’s 40 babies. The unverified claim was retweeted and did help to promote the propaganda on false news or at least this has not been verified yet by any news outlet.

Bel Trew, war correspondent who broke the news on Twitter, also took back her claim and gave the following clarification:

“I just wanted to clarify that I did not tweet 40 babies had been beheaded. I tweeted that foreign media had been told women and children had been decapitated but we had not been shown bodies - which was my response to reports which had gone viral about the 40 babies. I realised the way my tweet was written was too short to explain the full context, so deleted it. My headline of my story references that toddlers were killed.”

How many bodies have been seen?
Why are Israelis counting bodies in hundreds. first 100, then 250 more thane 400 and so on till now over 1000. It is total and utter bullshit. Where is the evidence?

But of course the false news that 40 babies were killed will be repeated to infinitum.

This whole Hamas attack on the Israelis smells a little fishy. It just seems to convenient that Hamas was allowed to get past Israeli secured barriers and go so deep into Israel to kill so many is the shortest time possible. Did for a moment Hamas became the David vs. the Goliath by the will of Allah? Unlikely! Or was it perhaps an opportunity was created by Goliath for Hamas to do what they did to make the excuse for Israel to go after GAZA once and for all, knowing how gullible the collective West is to propaganda fake news that comes out of Ukraine, but now coming out of Israel, for the collective West to support Israel against the true land owners in that part of the world, the Palestinians.

We have seen this movie once too many times, just as the justification the USA used to go after Afghanistan and Iraq by allowing the 9/11 hijacking of the planes to take place. Just because America was not ready for what had actually happened after the the planes were hijacked is another story altogether, along with what happened to the Western occupation of Iraq and Afghanistan. Just like how the Ukrainian Nazi regiments were killing ethnic Russians in Ukraine in the hopes that Russia would invade so that NATO could destroy Russia in their proxy war in Ukraine. The fact that this did not go to plan is also another story.

No doubt that Hamas did attack and killed a lot of Israelis, mostly settlers, who are seen as invaders to the land belonging to the Palestinians. The war between the Palestinians and the state of Israel has never stopped since 1948, so why the surprise and the shock what is happening now. The Israelis kill the Palestinians and the Palestinians kill the Israelis, especially at times when Israel wants to take more land from the Palestinians, and it seems, it is time to take away the whole of GAZA and push the Palestinians into Egypt or get killed. Let see how this story will end?

There's no answer to that.

FWIW. A short article popped up in yesterday's CM. It's a piece on how they think Hamas pulled it off. Doesn't strike me as being particularly contentious, which would make a change hereabouts:

https://cyprus-mail.com/2023/10/09/how- ... g-assault/

Even for those who sympathise with Israel I think you'd need to be a hardened fan to like Netanyahu. Whilst the country's presently closed ranks, I suspect when things get back to whatever passes as "normal" in that part of the world there will probably be a reckoning for the man. He was elected on a security/strength ticket and this has been the biggest blow to the country since the 73 Yom Kippur. It comes across as gross incompetence (there will be no lack of Israeli body bags) and I think the idea that it's all a clever plot (let's not call it a Conspiracy Theory) on his part is stretching things.

Ohh, I think that's being unkind. Moreover, there isn't much capacity for accepting answers, on either side of the divide in this forum.

Here, it's been suggested that what's happening presently in Israel/Gaza is some kind of cunning plot, hatched by Netanyahu. I disagree, thinking he will ultimately end up taking a hit for it all. I've expressed that view in an answer. Surely?

But - there always has to be a hidden "real truth", doesn't there? Something others can't see. People referred to in contemptuous terms. Usually its material emanating from whatever a particular person regards as their trusted "independent" source.

Your earlier post covered half a dozen different subjects. Life's too short.
