Well it just goes to show that you don't know very much so best to keep quiet.
Cypriot Gas will be sold to and maybe even to Egypt (unless they are self sufficient) because the Aphrodite Field has been leased to Noble Energy by the Republic of Cyprus and as we already know, the British and Turks have no say in the matter. It is clearly an ongoing concern for the RoC and Noble Energy.
Britain will do nothing. If Turkey misbehaves, they will have to deal with the USA which can turn their world upside down.
Whether they knew about it or not (and they didn't) makes no difference now.
