the reason why un cannot declare the asshole a war criminal is because america protects israel in everything she does including murder. the pimp will not last for ever. once he loses power he will not be able to leave israel. certainly not be able to visit europe.

asshole.

A challenge to the idiot above!

Please show me which article of the Geneva Convention makes Israel Complicit to the possibility of a War Crimes conviction! Then present your evidence that proves it!

There is a lot of evidence to suggest that Israel made every effort to avoid civilian losses.

It's all in black and white so put up or shut up!

...sadly, not all "Jews" are "good", and neither are "Christians", or "Muslims". One God, is the coincidence of these World Religions though, a loving nature, being, the way, to serve; that Love is an infinite power, scary stuff since Hate is so easy as an option, so too Ignorance.

Netanyahu is not Jesus Christ, either.

We’re at war against Turks not Muslims and Netanyahu our "friend" *is* a war criminal.

Yeh I did. I had to study each article too many moons ago.

Last time I looked at it was a couple of years ago when I was doing some research about it. Have not opened it since.

And with my limited knowledge on legal matters, I have reasonable grasp of what constitutes a clear war crime and what is easily defendable.

Today I saw a news item on Al Jazeera about DAESH blowing up a World Heritage temple in Syria. Someone from the UN called it a War Crime.

Well it is crime but not a war crime because you can't place DAESH on an equal footing with regard to the Geneva Convention because if you do, you might upgrade their status which is not on the cards.

Now you can start by going through the Convention and tell us exactly which article was violated by Israel and perhaps we can see whether you have a case or not. That's the first step. Then we can look at the clauses and definitions.

Just saying Netanyahu is a "war criminal" is just pretty silly without anything to back it up, let alone not telling us which part of the Comvention has been violated, because you have no clue.

There is absolutely no case to answer until someone actually specified the charge or the violation backed up with evidence, in order to even allow Israel a right of reply or to formulate a Defence. This is no Kangaroo Court or is it?

True, but Netanyahu is only an employee of a much larger corporation.

Majority of turks are muslims, and the turkish president is a radical islamist.

There is some evidence that the Hamas terrorists have been deliberately operating in a way that leaves Palestinian civilians very exposed, basically a bunch of cowards hiding behind women and children, by using eg schools to store and and as launch point for rockets.

Documented by a number of organisations like Amnesty and the UN.
