Which you haven't read...
Yeh I did. I had to study each article too many moons ago.
Last time I looked at it was a couple of years ago when I was doing some research about it. Have not opened it since.
And with my limited knowledge on legal matters, I have reasonable grasp of what constitutes a clear war crime and what is easily defendable.
Today I saw a news item on Al Jazeera about DAESH blowing up a World Heritage temple in Syria. Someone from the UN called it a War Crime.
Well it is crime but not a war crime because you can't place DAESH on an equal footing with regard to the Geneva Convention because if you do, you might upgrade their status which is not on the cards.
Now you can start by going through the Convention and tell us exactly which article was violated by Israel and perhaps we can see whether you have a case or not. That's the first step. Then we can look at the clauses and definitions.
Just saying Netanyahu is a "war criminal" is just pretty silly without anything to back it up, let alone not telling us which part of the Comvention has been violated, because you have no clue.
There is absolutely no case to answer until someone actually specified the charge or the violation backed up with evidence, in order to even allow Israel a right of reply or to formulate a Defence. This is no Kangaroo Court or is it?
