One facet of respect is not insisting on naturalising thousands of imported Turks. Not imposing an artificial divide on the land which even the TCs do not want.

The choice is between a deal that will work, or one that will be seen by all as a midway point to the "final solution". Disregard for the GC concerns regarding Turkish presence on the island is a sure way to the second.

Telling TC that those innocents murdered pre 74 was because they were descendants of Ottoman invaders in 1571 and thus 'had it comming', or those innocents murdered during 74 were excused because Turkey invaded or that you should have killed way more TC that you did, are these all facets of 'respect' ?
