Interestingly, it would imply in Cyprus, that the territory which has not been defined as a Constituency, can, by the population's own choosing apply and be accepted as a Constituency within a defined boundary...

...so while the Federal Government is superior, in that its Acts effect the whole, it is counterbalanced by having a force equal to it, the Constituencies, when united as a whole themselves.

Having a Turkish Constituency in Cyprus, does not mean that it is an equal to the Federal Government, it does not have an equal without the same desire, and existence, of a set of Constituencies.

It's equal in the sense that individuals rights are equal ..majorities have a right in a constituent state and in the federal government...the majority should have its rights too

The 10th Amendment of the American Constitution:
"The Tenth Amendment, or Amendment X of the United States Constitution is the section of the Bill of Rights that basically says that any power that is not given to the federal government is given to the people or the states, there are explicit powers and implied powers"

An important mechanism in all federations. What's power is not explicit to the federal government is an implied power to the states

...Interesting YouTube, i watched it again. Interesting that this proud Individual/Person is presenting her case, for the Rights of States, not just her own state. A patriotic act, as a Proud American, from Oklahoma.

...If the regime in the occupied north was sincere, the same challenges would be posed, but in affect no voice for Cyprus is represented in their position, where "Turkishness" has an exclusivity over anything not "Turkish", including a Cypriot way.
