A nice bit of propaganda, if it were true implies that Turkey has abandoned its non-recognition of Cyprus. In effect it recognises that Cypriots exist, however they define themselves internally, so it is hopeful.

The guy posted a video abt a Federal Cyprus - something the ROC has signed upto and is currently negotiating and proposing a referendum. Instead of some debate we get all this pathetic nonsense.

The most important thing on Cyprus is its native people who are the descendants of the very first ancient Cypriots on the island spanning at least 12,000 years that we know of. Everything else comes second.

Foreign minorities are either assimilated, transferable to their country of origin, or expendable even if they refuse the first two options and insist on jeopardizing the nation and its flow.

"native people", how do you define that in a Modern world, especially in Cyprus, it's history thousands of years old? Do you ignore the fact the very few of us identify ourselves as Cypriots, because the overwhelming population is identified as Greek? Do you as well ignore the fact that the words Nation, and State, have two meanings, or at least could have different meanings? And given the fact that as Cypriots we have the opportunity to decide now, i suggest Cypriots can apply new thinking to better themselves for the coming Age, that others may emulate, the Freedom Cyprus represents as a State, and the Liberty within its Citizens enjoy having distinct identities as Nations.
