Islamic terrorism is a real issue and should be taken seriously in the negotiations. Lets not forget that in occupied Cyprus they have not just TCs but 10s of thousands of Settlers many of whom are ultra-religious and prime candidates for being recruited as Islamic terrorists. We don't want such people walking freely around us. One more reason why ALL Settlers should go back to Turkey... even if we make any exceptions that should be under strict criteria and each individual case should be examined carefully!

The best protection from terrorists is to not let them live among you. The Turkish army can not defeat Islamic Terrorism even if they wanted to... and with the Islamic government of Turkey the opposite is true... they are sponsoring Islamic Terrorists in other countries. We already had one Turkish terrorist organization sponsored by Turkey, the TMT. The same way that Turkey used nationalism to sponsor a terrorist organization in the 50s and 60s they can use religious fundamentalism to sponsor an even worst terrorist organization in the future. It would be the biggest mistake ever to grant the Cyprus citizenship to 10s of thousands of Settlers. And no ... it doesn't mean that all of them are potential terrorists but even if 1-2% of them are that is more than enough to spread terror over the whole Cyprus.

Unlike UK, France, Germany, Denmark etc, I have yet to hear of anyone from Northern Cyprus joining IS. If you are serious, all the 'settlers' in UK, France, Germany. Denmark ... oh yes ... and all those in Turkey from Syria and Iraq ... should be sent back first.

How would you even know if any Settlers joined ISIS? And if nobody visits the mosques then why do they keep building more and more of them? The Turkish Settlers should be send back to Turkey regardless because they do not belong here.
