So what is the "solution"? None of those things are a solution... just the title of the issue to be discussed. A solution can only be if the rights of the legal owner take precedence over any claims by illegal occupants. And in the cases where the legal owner will accept compensation it is crucial who will set the price and who will pay it. I am not going to vote for any "solution" if I, the GC taxpayer, will have to pay money to compensate GC refugees so some illegal occupants can keep what was stolen.

thats bullshit and you know it. some tcs have moved 3 times in their life you are not about to move them again. but besides let see how many wish to return first. but dont you worry it will be done withing eu principles. echr past decision will be implemented to the letter.

And you think we are going to agree for the illegal occupant to have precedence over the rights of the legal owner? Make a poll among GCs and lets see how many will agree with that! Unless Akinci makes some major compromises from the usual Turkish position there will be NO agreement. Get it?
