Hello.
Is it legal to carry and use OC or pepper spray in emergency defense, just like it is in many other European countries?
Thanks.

They would be considered as a firearm. You will get into serious trouble if stopped or even in the unlikely event you had to use it.
Unless you are involved with mafiosi type people, you should not really have a need for such an item.

Right, do you have any source on this information, or it is just your own knowledge?miltiades wrote:Mate, I live in London, Im 69 years young, I have never even considered the use of such a "gadget ". You say that you have had a good usage of it in the past, are you a drug dealer ?
Lets not assume somebody is a drug dealer because they are asking a simple question - that makes yourself look stupid. I have been able to interrupt fights several times during my life, and in case it goes out of control, it is good to have some sort of backup. I wont just stand there and look if somebody gets beaten right on the street when I'm going to pass by. This happend in Cyprus a few days ago, that's why I'm asking this question now.
