No surprise there Tim, after all, it takes place in America [the land renowned for it's filthy society] and to add insult to it's own injury it immortalised Bob Dylan as it's youth slid down the path to drug abuse and promiscuity.

Similar transitions took place in the UK [courtesy of The Beetles and co] and the end product of the slippery slope is evidenced by the state of the society today.

Incidentally, you have opened the door to another issue, that of the sexual abuse of young girls by those very ICONS of entertainment which they were encouraged to adore....... very recent incidents have come to light and rightfully so.

IS [not Daesh] are more qualified to interpret the Qur'an than the lay person, therefore [since the interpretation is in English] there is little point in trying to determine the true meaning of ANY of the verses unless they are expressed with the emotion of the faithful.

As an example of compassion [ this action taken AFTER two guilty parties refused to repent of their sin] both of them were allowed to engage in their unholy practice and whilst locked in their embrace, were tied together and lobbed off the roof of the tallest building in the town, it was a compassionate act since, both of them died happy.
