It doesn't show a silverlight plugin

Ok, here's the reason...

I just read that Chrome will not support NPAPI plugins, like Silverlight, after April 2015... (Chrome v.42 and onwards)

As a final chance to use NPAPI plugins you can set chrome://flags/#enable-npapi to Enable

(Paste that in your Chrome to bring it up)
