It is the Turks that want our land, not Isis... and even if Isis wanted our land they couldn't get it since they have no navy and no airforce. So I will ask you again what SPECIFICALLY is Akinci going to offer to us that is so much better than what was offered so far? That is the ONLY thing that matters to us... we don't care at all about his publicity stands.

Expressly accepting that SBA territory burdens only the GC and others' area and when the SBAs go the territory will revert to southern control.
Accept the principle of one man one vote, the presidency open to all candidates from all communities and the vice presidency reserved for a TC with a weighted vote by all citizens.
Resolution of any veto by the supreme court made up entirely of Cypriots.
Things of that nature would convince most GCs.

Yes I must agree this sounds to me appropriate and proportionately representing the ethnic diversity of the country. Proportionate representation is the fairest solution and also democratic. I can't argue and I won't because it's practical.
As mustafa akinci stated we must look upon each other as future partners not enemies. I think mustafa akinci should be the president and GC guy the vice. Only because akinci without a doubt is TRUELY for all cypriots and has no hidden agenda. The other guy has already shown his true colours but akinci is what you see is what you get no matter who ever moves the goal post. That's my opinion based on various historical factors.
