Hi All,
I'm a newbie to this forum and am coming to Cyprus in a couple of weeks with a view to buying a property. I am looking at houses with private gardens and some of them do not have pools. Does anyone have a rough idea how much a small above ground pool would cost to install? Are there any laws about installing pools? Any links to websites? I just need to make sure I have enough finance in place. Thanks for your anticipated help!

You will need planning permission.

As far as the cost of the pool goes. it will depend on the size, materials, accessories etc. Then you will have running costs for the pumps, chemicals, maintanance etc.

I would recommend you contact a few companies who will be able to answer your questions and provide estimates.

Go to any home center in Cyprus and get one of these, size relevant to your needs.
Cheap, comes with pump and filter, the chlorine and net you need to purchase separately.
