Yes we anticipate that matters that concern TAKES for the GCs not just GIVES from their behalf like for example the property issue fiiinally get discussed and agreed.

according to ethnos newspaper the first chapters that they will discuss are terrritory,property and governance.

Governance, governance they burst our balls with that..
The average GC refugee wants to see his rights over his properties getting secured FIRST and OUTMOST.
Any attempted stealing of properties and they can kiss ANY plan goodbye.

well i think territory and property go hand and hand anyway so if the tc are more flexible on that aspect then the gc will be on the governance.

Pleeease, you are expecting far too much from the TCs, give back property, you must be joking. And this is why it'll never get sorted.

A thief wants to keep what he stole and wants more. This is Turkish logic.

And what is this Governance, we have a government a legal internationally recognised one, why do we need anything else. A puppet regime dictating how we should be governed.

there is nothing to negotiate for governance. equal power at federal level and run your own affairs at the state level. the question is how many gc would want to live in the north and what rights do they have. it will depend on how much territory will be given back. it will not be that different to 2004. they will add part of karpaz to the equation and thats it. i suspect not more then 10,000 will want to return, and will exchange. that wil easy becasue most of the tcs have already exchanged and the deeds are with the trnc. job done real easy. especially with exchange rate of say 1 donum for 5 we will end up with 27% plus some lands in the south that we will be able to rent. i hold no grudges and am prepared to rent my properties to gcs. there is no nationality in money.

it aint rocket science by the end of the year we shall have the agreement.
