if you are having difficulty understanding basic law perhaps a lawyer may be helpful to you. there is more lawyers in sheeprus then terggish soldiers.

Nonsense! The treaty of guarantee has nothing to do with the protection of the TCS.
The treaty of Guarantee was to protect THE CONSTITUTIONAL ORDER!
With a solution we will have a New constitutional Order

exactly Turkeys obligation was to protect and restore that constitutional order, thus Turkey will never be a guarantor again.

absolutely and if the roc was attacked then she would have done. the problem was that it was one of the guarantors and the gcs who attacked first. so the treat is still in place gavole boses fores nado bumen

trust you do not want a new constitutional order. it means dissolving the old one and we can only have a confederation after that. i dont think you will not want that will you.

Yes Turkey has violated the Treaty of Guarantee!

It was that easy for them.

And Turkey is in violation of this Treaty right?

The TCs were never attacked by the Coupists.

And yes, the Treaty is suppose to protect Cypruots and the RoC. Pretty clear violation!

Maybe you haven't heard, but the GCs said OXI to the Annan Plan in 2004 because it included things like the "treaty of guarantee"!

If the "treaty of guarantee" were to follow any new Cyprus, then why was in necessary to be included in the AP? It should have been given that it will be there around Cyprus's neck in perpetuity, no?

tell me which chapter it was in. guarantee was a separate issue which to this date has not been discussed and resources were also left out of the equation to be agreed after the agreement on annan plan.

terggy and greace and the uk together never attended any talks before 2004. how the hell could talat and tasobullagi have agreed on something they have no power over.

It serves your interest for Greece to attend. Do you really think they are stupid?

We don't want them and we don't want Turkey either!

instead of talking stupid like a two year old who cant have his toy, why dont you explain legally how you are going to negate the signed agreement. which court under which rule. if terggy attacked roc for no reason i can possibly see that happening but it was you who attacked tcs with the help of the dress wearing galamaraes. get it if anybody greace and gcs should be removed from the agreement. that leave terggy tcs and uk. thats is result.
