From what I can gather the main investors were AVIC which I understand is the Chinese equivalent of Aerospace and the chairman of the airline was as DT says Gregory D____u

How long before the company were due to make a profit, DT?

As you know, 9 month is a very long time in the airline business as there are so many things that can cause an negative affect on the business.
