Unfortunately for you, the USA is far more democratic than Cyprus and Greece. Yes, the people actually have power there and opportunity.

Plus, all their Governments have been far superior, even Bush Jnr. FACT!

Really?

I am not the one spouting just total crap for the sake of being anti American.

Read the statement again, and see that the statement is not a false one. Generally speaking, they are a very supportive country to other democratically elected administrations around the world and do try to be very respectful and cooperative.

The US was the biggest supporter of the Greek Tsibras administration and very respectful of the wishes of the Greek people. They even gave Germany a slight backhander for not achieving an agreement.

Cameron on the other hand, along with Merkel have been very toxic towards the newly elected Greek Administration.

Now if you ask me, America's attitude has been very progressive and understanding even though they may not agree with Tsibras politics 100% But you see, the Americans are not stupid. They see someone who is potentially quite volatile towards them in Athens, and before he even gets a chance to do stupid things like withdraw from NATO, the Americans have extended their hand in friendship to bring him closer to them and avoid any undesirable moves by Tsibras such as withdrawing from NATO.

They also want Greece to reach an agreement because all this instability will be bad for them also.
