Unlike the Cubans who were keen on cock-blocking at every opportunity, you guys seem to be very helpful. 1. Turkey did not consider that the number would be THAT high.

2. Its a good for deflecting. If someone accuses Turkey, people like you will say, "Turkey took in 1.5 million refugees. You still accuse her." Then claim your innocence by dumping guilt on to someone else.

3. Turkey is asking everyone else to pay.

Turkey is not making a move because she is one of the main protagonists and supports ISIS.
