MK77 Bombs are used very sparingly on military targets and bases. I would say less than 1% because there simply is no need for it.
No residential areas are bombed unless there is clear intelligence the area has been evacuated from civilians. If they want to destroy a building they can do it whilst all surrounding buildings remain relatively unscathed.
