Just watching a TV prog about OZ cuisine.
Naturally, as it's OZ it's not exactly high-end Gordon Blue cuisine and of course it features lots of beetroot-coloured and scruffy beach-gear wearing and poor-speaking Ozzies.
A point was raised by the presenter.
There are two types of BBQ cooks...
1. The sort who bung the food on the grill, as is and take it off just this side of charred,
and ...
2. The pretentious lot who spend lots of time thinking about the marinade.
So, which types do we have on CF...???
