As you know Bill, I have been a regular "postee" on NCFP for many years now and in the process and due to my ferocious at times critique, have made many enemies. In fact I can say that Im not the least liked because of my direct, no holes barred comments and my stated dislike of cheapskates. I know them well enough to describe most of them, Malcolm and a couple of others excluded, as ex council estate ill educated peasants whose only concern is the protection of their dodgy investments in the occupied parts.

They are being screwed RL& C but their support of Turkey and the Turkish invasion, which they call intervention, is unwavering.

The recent court outcome is by no means final since Akfinans Crooks have launched an appeal.

What annoys me most is the animocity the nurture towards the G/Cs and the RoC.

I too would like to see them banned from the ROC, I see the buggers at Larnaca airport waiting to be collected by taxis from the north. EU passports apparently give them the right to roam the island but I'm sure they must be breaking ROC laws if they "bought" GC land, the police should question them at length to determine their connection to the occupied territory. Make things awkward for them so they don't come back, thieving opportunist scum.

Jerry, I agree, but with the political people we have we deserve all we get. There are many ways to deal with this but our politicians are gutless to do anything in fear of upsetting the EU. Hell, Turkey have just about told the EU where to go, yet not a single word of condemnation! Go figure.

Agree with the above, although, they would then say they were 'forced' to come in from Turkey etc. The snakes will find another hole!

I believe there's room for ALL EU countries to arrest these people of theirs when they return to their own homelands. The RoC can certainly check them over here for these false 'ownership' documents or other valid evidence and then pass on travel details to customs/immigration across Europe.

This is one way European states can work together.

There's no reason in this day and age for european citizens to 'buy/own' property that is under occupation by a foreign, eastern aggressor.

Those that live in the occupied north permanently should be treated as Turkish citizens and as illegal settlers and be required to purchase visas to set foot in the RoC or the rest of the EU.
