I don't think it doesn't matter who's DNA the child has. As long as he is still officially married to the "gypsy", it becomes his child until he is divorced from her in a timely manner, otherwise the child most likely stays his until age 18 whether he likes it or not.

you dont think at all. if a man says this child is not mine, the court ill order a dna test. what do you know about anything. this man has suffered and you are putting the knife in and twisting it. what kind of a sick bastard are you .

Listen Lordo, this guy chose the "gypsy" to marry with so that he can stay in Cyprus. He knows he made a big mistake with her. All I'm doing is making him aware of more dangers out there for him if he doesn't take care of his legal matters to make sure he is in fact divorced from her one way or the other.

Conversely, if your wife fooled around on you and she got pregnant by another man and the child is born, who do you think has the right over that child, you or the man made your wife pregnant? It would be you, of course, even if the DNA father wanted the child from you he cannot get it if you wanted to keep the child. If his "gypsy" wife wanted to keep the child and he is married to her still officially, he would be forced by the court to look after that child. His only remedy would be for him to divorce the "gypsy" wife as soon as possible.

Where has our friend from Bangladesh gone?

Maybe he just realised that he is officially still married to the "gypsy" and unofficially to the Polish lady. Oops!

He may be married to two women at the same time. Double Oops!

Muslims say, " yaaaahoooooo", and the EU says, polygamy and jail. Triple Oops!

Maybe he should take these women and move up to the hills of the great state of Utah, USA.

Kikapu hit the nail on the head.

Half belongs to his Bulgarian wife and the other half,, er.. belongs to his Polish wife.

Either way, he is trying to circumvent immigration laws.

Its a simple as that.
