Good news and bad news.

bad news - the ban applies to all eu countries
good news - the ban may be only for 2 years depending on your circumstances, it depends on how long you overstayed.

sometimes people forget what life is like in some parts of the world. all restrictions should be removed. if the rich world gave a fair deal to the poor world in trade and resources there would be no need for anybody to move on economic grounds.

Thank you Mr. Lordo. But you know,the immigration authority didn't give me any documents about entry ban, not even in the passport wrote something. And I was sure there will be a band for me to enter Cyprus but I didn't know that this ban would be applied to all EU States. Because Cyprus is not a schengen country. But now I think it is for whole EU. I submitted my visa application in Swedish embassy, dhaka to go Poland. But they rejected me. And after 5 months I went to India and there i submitted my visa application to the Polish Embassy. But again rejected me when they saw a stamp from Sweden embassy. And always same official reason they give from both embassy "the intention to leave the territory of member states couldn't be ascertain". There are eleven official reason indicates in the rejection letter and they give a tick only on this reason. Anyway, sorry to everybody for writing such a big paragraph. If somebody know how can I lift the ban. And some readers wrote me to go in another country or continent. For them I am telling that I must go to Poland,neither Cyprus, nor anywhere else.thanks.

Europe is far too racist for a Bangladeshi… they don’t like your colour and they don’t like your religion, so I reckon you have a much better chance making it in your own country than here.

Much better to give EU a go though and avoid HR Amnesty International cases like Australia.

European do not like our color, agree. But European came to Indian subcontinent 400 years ago.subcontinental people didn't go to Europe first. They were the settlers that time. They came to do business and brought more european to be employed in their business. And they extract all resources, steal diamonds and golds. Transported all raw material from india to the Europe. They were here until 1947. Heinous imperialism. Destroyed our economy and consume our resources like a hungry vulture. Anyway, Cyprus is such a unique country where you can have all tastes of life. One side is Africa, another side is Middle East, Asia, and other side is Europe. I was in love with the country. Everything was perfect for me. I used to adopt the Cypriot culture. And I was legal there for 6 years. It was not easy to be legal in such a country because they adopted the British rules as Cyprus was a British Colony. Normally if somebody lives in a foreign country legally for 4 years, they can have permanent residence permit.

Few Cypriots are racist. Even there are racist in Bangladesh too.Nicosia has more racist than Limassol. Racist everywhere. Anyway,,Cyprus doesn't apply any positive rules for the third country foreigner either legal or illegal. Even if you live in Cyprus legally for 12 years, you will not get anything. Normally they do not give chance to live legally for so many years. And yes, Australians are the most racists nation.

Yes mr.Lordo. I do not mind. Because I had friends in Cyprus and some of them were racist. And I can tell you which type of people are racist. 1. Poor people(they think, they are poor because of foreigner).2. Jobless people(All jobs are taken by foreigner).3. Uneducated people( narrow minded, narrow mentality). 4. Unskilled people.( skillful foreigner make problem for them). This conflict is between foreigner from EU and foreigner from third world. We do not have problem with civil Cypriot. Cypriot normally do not like to recruit worker from EU. But they are compel to recruit because EU rules. As a whole Cypriot are not so racist.
