Piratis wrote:the general secretary of KTOS and the tc parents said that they will demand all the rights they deserve from the constitution.
Will they also demand their responsibilities?
the tc lawer said that the RoC was created by two communities and went on to add that the goverment should have 10 ministries given on a 7 - 3 ratio, and that cannot change. he also argued that the changes done to the ministry of education and culture are against the constitution, since they were made after amending the constitution.
So let me get this right. Do the TC teachers and parents demand return to legality? Or they demand legality only in the areas that suits them? Which of the 2 is it?
If its the first, then I believe we should organize a conference and bring all world media to listen that TCs support the 1960 constitution and that they want to return to it so everybody can have his legal rights. The Cyprus Problem is solved and this lawyer won his case!
If its the second, well the answer that layer should get is not allowed to be posted here.

The above were about the ministry of education comments. Regarding the school
if the teachers are not the right ones they should be replaced. However I am afraid this is just another move organized by Turkey in order to create impressions. If this was for the true benefit of the children those people would concentrate on that and they wouldn't play politics with the ministry of education comments.
Piratis, KTOS is the teacher unions that put up adds in newspapers in the north saying "Turkey, we don't want your soldiers and we don't want your money." They were prosecuted at the time. To you, Turkish Cypriots cannot have any different opinions or purposes, they are all part of the same evil machine (do you know the Borg in the Star Trek?), they all serve the same purpose. If somebody has a problem with the RoC, then they must be serving Turkey, because RoC is governed by a coalition of angels and everything it does is correct. Well, you are wrong. Somebody who has a problem with Turkey, can also have a problem with the RoC.
