Our village mayor told me we have a problem with both both cats and dogs - cats i was aware of from the number that appear at our window and come in to steal our cats' food. Indeed the mayor had found some 19 in his yard one day and decided to set humane traps, only to catch one of our pets, and our neighbour found some 11 cats had taken up residence in his yard, possibly the offspring of his own randy semi stray Tomcat. Btw We have three cats all "positively vetted" to prevent adding to the population.

Dogs. Less of a problem except in the hunting season when many are abandoned, or otherwise get lost. Being on the outskirts of Lim our area seems to have a more noticeable problem.
