Yea, its always a coincidence, when my internet magically slows down, every forum i go onto is the same as it always is

onspeed is for dial-up mostly. With ADSL I shouldn't need it. Google has something similar now for broadband but it didn't make much difference for me: http://webaccelerator.google.com/

I've had major problems for the past week, a technical friend found that the Paralimni proxy server (Cyta) was dropping packets and I've switched to Larnaca, much better so far.
