What genocide against Hellenism ? If people want to start to practice all that, they're free to do so, see the Neopaganism groups across UK, US and other countries.

Go ahead, build your Zeus shrine in front of your house and start recruiting!

Although we all know which aspects of Hellenism were most interesting, those that were "gracefully" engraved in the pottery left to us from those times. Image Image

A good example of a Greek being suppressed by the church is Nikos Kazantzakis. The most prolific Greek writer of modern times, a man who continued the Oddysey in the same verse as Homer, was ostracized and threatened with excommunication from the Orthodox church because of his book "The Last Temptation of Christ". His seeming deviation from church doctrine on his depiction of Christ cost him the Nobel Prize in Literature, due to the Orthodox and Catholic church's contempt.

Kazantzakis is my hero for challenging the deplorable and genocidal Catholic and Orthidox Churches who have both committed many crimes against humanity.

They are the history writers for now, and when have the actions of the Orthodox Church ever been taught at school? Never!

It will change and there are those of us that will expose their crimes, hypo racy at every turn!

The so called transition to Christianity was a very violent one with many paganist Hellenes slaughtered like animals, their books and libraries burned to the ground, and temples and historical sites destroyed for eternity.

It makes a lot of sense as most modern Greeks bear no or very little resemblance to the Ancient Hellenes yet they are so eager to steal their history and inheritance and claim it as their own. They took the world into the Dark Ages and G we've still has not emerged from it because it is currently ruled by the barbarian hordes from the North.

The Byzantine Empire is the Poster Child for pagan persecution.

In light of recent events in the Paris Olympics opening and the mocking of the Olympics.. One of the first thoughts that came to me, after watching the event was this thread. There was a comment from a member that stated that Christianity is the continuation of Ancient Greece. A few weeks before the opening ceremony in Paris, the assasination attempt on President Trump again brought me back to this particular thread. In the west there seems to be some sort of slow decay happening, in fact has been happening for a long time, lately it’s been accelerating.. women are being told that they are the same as men, kids are encouraged that they can choose their gender and trans people are fighting for rights.. How is this a connection to Ancient Greece and Christianity? The debauchery against Christianity in Paris came at an event that honors the Ancient Greeks. The vast majority of people in the west follow Christianity, Christianity began to flourish in the same areas that Ancient Greece flourished. Could the statement “ Christianity is a continuation of Ancient Greece” be true? Back then, in the heyday of Cyprus forum I could not see a connection but now the connection between Ancient Greece and Christianity is becoming more clear. Free speech and free thought are being criticized. Man and woman are interchangeable. Aspiring to have a family criticized and belittled. Lies and manipulations highlighted as a common good. Gender used as a weapon against society. Strength and masculinity pointed at as the cause of destruction.. Christianity mocked at the Olympics. Little kids encouraged by their parents to change gender.. it seems the west is in decay and the decay promoted by governments and institutions like the olympics.. layers upon layers of culture slowly being decimated after thousands of years of building.

Go back into your time machine and get back to 1600s. There are witches to be burned.
