Greetings to you all, I have just joined the forum although I have been following for a while.

I'm 59 years old single man, a UK expat, I work in he middle east. I am taking the plunge and will be moving to Paphos on the 1st Dec.

I have all of the residency requirements sorted and don't expect any problems on that front. I do however have a question regarding long term rental rates. I have used the internet and site like buysellrent to see whats available in the area I'm focusing on - Coral Bay -. I would like to know if anyone has any information on how "firm" the advertised rates are and whether there is scope to negotiate a lower rate and if so by how many percent
