If you supported the racist apartheid AP in 2004 and want time frames for the negotiations now, it can ONLY mean for you to run out the clock without a democratic solution. Time frames are great if everyone is interested in a Democratic solution, but your 2004 vote on the AP proves otherwise.

You don't have any interests legally. The RoC does and so do the oil firms from US, Iraeli, Utaly, Russia and France which have signed deals with the RoC.
